Restocking Fee: There is no restocking fee for eligible returns.

2. Exceptions for Damaged or Defective Products

Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive an incorrect product due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you at no additional cost.

If your return or claim is approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Currency: INR (Indian Rupee)
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving and verifying the returned product. Additional time may be required by your bank or payment provider to reflect the amount in your account.
