Return Method: Returns must be sent by mail. A return label is included in your package — please use it when sending the item back.
Restocking Fee: There is no restocking fee for eligible returns.
2. Exceptions for Damaged or Defective Products
While standard returns follow the conditions above, we also address the following cases separately:
Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is physically damaged during shipping (e.g., broken, crushed, or in unusable condition), you must notify us within 3 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Defective Products: If a product is defective or does not function as intended due to a manufacturing defect, notify us within 3 days of delivery with a detailed description and evidence (photos/videos). Upon verification, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund.
Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive an incorrect product due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you at no additional cost.

4. Refund Process
If your return or claim is approved, refunds will be processed as follows:
- Currency: INR (Indian Rupee)
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving and verifying the returned product. Additional time may be required by your bank or payment provider to reflect the amount in your account.
- Shipping Charges: A return shipping fee of ₹49 applies to all standard returns. This fee is waived if the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong product sent).
5. Product Inspection Upon Delivery
