1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to addresses within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Shipping Cost
We are pleased to offer FREE shipping on all domestic orders, regardless of order value or destination within India. No minimum order is required.
3. Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 12:00 AM (midnight) India Standard Time (IST, GMT+05:30) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be queued for the next business day.

4. Handling Time
Once payment is confirmed, orders are processed and prepared for dispatch on business days (Monday – Saturday). You will receive:

8. Shipping Address Requirements
We ship to street addresses only. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses. Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate shipping address including:

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

We currently have no restrictions on shipping items within our catalog. All products available on drillsurge can be shipped to any location within India.
